It reloads the feed any time you switch away from the app and when you change the default comment sort, it reverts back to "Best" every single time it reloads. These scams can start with a text about a supposedly unauthorized Amazon purchase, or an alarming online pop-up made to look like a security alert from Microsoft. I gave the app a try again now, and after a few days I have to say it's a smoother experience than before.
